The firm analyzed over 850 professions in 25 different sectors (yes, this is serious stuff), focusing mainly on the Paris region. A quick reminder: if you don’t work in the Paris region, you can expect salaries to be around 10-20% lower. It’s a bit like pizza without the extra cheese, we agree.
Already in 2024, digital salaries have risen by +3.8%, and that’s not for nothing. Recruiters are looking for nuggets in high-demand positions such as :
- Product Manager (the product strategist),
- Community Manager (the king of the perfect tweet),
- Digital Project Manager (the boss of online projects),
- Communications Manager (the boss of online projects)
- CRM Manager (the one who understands your Netflix tastes better than you do)
