Digital, marketing, communications… these are the fields that many students dream of. Whether you’re a swiping pro or a keyboard whiz, one question remains on everyone’s mind: what’s the salary ?

Whether you’re a digital project manager, marketing assistant or UX designer, what can you expect at the end of the month? Spoiler alert: it’s looking pretty good!

According to a study by Michael Page, 2025 salaries in digital and marketing professions promise to rise even faster than a viral TikTok video.

2025 : Salaries that soar

The firm analyzed over 850 professions in 25 different sectors (yes, this is serious stuff), focusing mainly on the Paris region. A quick reminder: if you don’t work in the Paris region, you can expect salaries to be around 10-20% lower. It’s a bit like pizza without the extra cheese, we agree.

Already in 2024, digital salaries have risen by +3.8%, and that’s not for nothing. Recruiters are looking for nuggets in high-demand positions such as :

  • Product Manager (the product strategist),
  • Community Manager (the king of the perfect tweet),
  • Digital Project Manager (the boss of online projects),
  • Communications Manager (the boss of online projects)
  • CRM Manager (the one who understands your Netflix tastes better than you do)

Jobs that pay in 2025
