The IT project manager is responsible for planning, coordinating and supervising an entire IT project. Their role is to facilitate communication within the team, define clear objectives, effectively manage resources and ensure that the project is delivered on time

- Clearly define project objectives and deliverables

- Plan and organize the various phases of the project

- Monitor and evaluate project progress

- Manage changes and adjustments
