Computer Support Technician

The IT support technician is responsible for installing, maintaining and troubleshooting IT and office equipment. Their main role is to help all users of software or hardware (servers, scanners, printers, computers, smartphones, etc.). He/she works with all departments in the company, depending on the difficulties encountered by users. It detects the source of the problem and remedies the anomaly.
